Default Fastest way to gain skill points?

I've been crafting a lot of consets lately, and I have run out of skill points.
What would you say is the fastest way to get them?

Solo/small group farming (UWSC, 600/Smite Dungeons, Raptors) or anywhere with many high level foes (DoA HM).

Another thing you can do is use all of your characters skill points (I like to save afew incase I want buy new skills).

Hi,

According to the official wiki, the following are the ways to gain skill pionts:

A character can acquire skill points in a number of ways.

* One skill point is awarded each time a character levels up. After level 20 a skill point is awarded approximately every 15,000 experience points gained.
* Skill points may be awarded for completing some quests.
* One skill point is awarded for completion of a mission in Prophecies. No points are awarded for completing bonus objectives.
* One skill point is awarded for each level of completion in Factions and Nightfall missions (standard, Expert and Masters).
* Using a Star of Transference (consumable item).
* PvP characters can earn skill points, but cannot spend them.

Well you did not mention your proffession, but any HM farm will get you many skill points. I've got little over 1200 on my ele from boss farming ages ago, and roughly the same on my assassin in half the time it took my ele because of the recently nerfed vaettri bombing.

As Swahnee mentioned, raptors is a versitile farm that can be done quickly be most, if not all proffessions, consult pvxwiki for HM farming builds for your proffession.

I heard reading is a good skill.

HM is obviously the best place to gain experience. the number of experience gained is determined by the difference in level between you and that creature. So maximising higher leveled creatures and killing them quickly would be priority.
Therefore the most effective gaining of experience will be solo'ed farms like raptor farm (because it's very quick) or even with a hero bonder (UW/smites lawl) because the hero doesn't gain any of the experience since they are not "involved."

Bearing in mind that you're crafting consets: You could keep repeating Kilroy's Punchout Extravaganza in HM. It's easy, it's good for XP/skillpoints, and you get tons of iron which you can use for your consets. Most of the drops seem to salvage to iron - merch anything you don't salvage, and you can probably afford to use an XP scroll every time too (use Hero's Insight scroll, you should get a skill point every run)

You can probably do other HM solo farms for the other conset materials - use scrolls to gain good XP while you're doing it. This may help

I'd say the fastest way is Kilroy with scrolls, or UWSC (if you're doing this on a sin or necro). Just stay after the run's completed and warp around accepting all the quest rewards -- 120k~ experience every 20-40 mins or so with ecto drops and UW chest as a bonus.

UWSC for sure, especially if you get in a decent group that doesn't fail.

For solo, I'd say Raptor Farming. The two people I know who Raptor Farm much had over 50 mil exp last I talked, and one has roughly 80 mil now I think. For ~200 exp a kill times the like 30 or so enemies there, that's quite a bit of exp per run.

my elem gets a lot from vaettir farming, my sin gets a lot from perma sinning and my ranger gets quite a few from hm - vanquishing or missions or something.

As lewis91 said you didn't mention your proffesion so we can't be particularly specific but those are the ways i get skill points.

UWSC will get you at least around 110k per run. So if you can get a good guild, you could get about 200-250k experience per hour (with pugs it'd likely be more like 100k/hour).. I'm pretty sure that's more than even Kilroy with scrolls could get you. Though if you don't want to do UWSC, you could probably just do Kilroy, I'd say.
